The Keytech North America Team is led by managing director Lyle R. Hill. With more than 40 years of experience in the business arena, with a concentration in the glass and metal industry, Hill and his team are uniquely qualified to handle your projects. Mr. Hill’s extensive experience makes him uniquely qualified to lead the Keytech NA team.

Paul Bieber
Paul’s expertise includes both the technical and managerial sides of the architectural glass industry. Paul spent 21 years with Floral Glass & Mirror of Long Island and at the time of his retirement from the firm, held the position of Executive vice president for this highly regarded multi-facility, multi-state operation. From a technical standpoint, Paul has in-depth knowledge of glass tempering, laminating, fabrication and insulating. Prior to joining Floral, Paul served as the Eastern Region sales manager for C.R. Laurence. In addition to his strong technical and operational background, Paul is particularly talented in the areas of recruiting, sales and market program development, and team building.

Stan Lane
Stan provides extensive business expertise to the Keytech team in the areas of finance, administration, human resources, labor relations, information technology, and risk management. Stan served as the Chief Financial officer for Long Island based Floral Glass for fifteen years and prior to his time there, served as the Chief Operating Officer for a major automotive manufacturing facility. Stan also specializes in the development of cost reduction and control programs, succession planning, and cash flow improvement.
